Went to the dealership to purchase a new ford Explorer.My car guide was Middleton and I have to say that it was such a pleasure working with this man. h]He was so gracious to me and my wife while there and made our purchase so much more then I expected. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Never take your car to be serviced at this place.This place has the WORST customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. They (especially the service manager) will not ever return your calls, do terrible service/work and it takes them weeks and weeks (or in our case a whole month!!) to complete it and it's still not ready. Their service department is horrible and this place cares NOTHING about it's customers once you purchased your car. I don't recommend anyone go here for any reason.
I was visiting my son and the brakes went out on my truck the day before I was to come back home. I called first thing the day I was suppose to leave and they said sure we can get you worked in. I did have to stay another day (darn it lol) but they fixed me up and got my truck safe again. They understand people are visiting and can't wait a week for an appointment. They were very nice and professional. Definitely recommend them.
My son went here to purchase his first car on his own. Of course, as his mom, I was worried about him being taken advantage of. I simply cannot praise salesman Don Nowak enough. He calmed me and kept me in the loop the whole time. My son got an amazing deal and he is happy. Thank you Don and Fort Mill Ford for making my son's first car buying experience so positive.
