Best truck/car buying experience I've had. I came in looking for a new F150, and had a very specific set of options that I was looking for. I was met by Levi Christensen who was friendly, helpful, and eager to help me find the right truck and not just push me into what he had on the lot that day. For 23 years I have been going to Fort Mill Ford. I have bought at least 5 Ford's from them. The last 2 visits to the service department has been less than Satisfactory...I don't feel like it is about the customer anymore...very dissatisfied and sad...service used to feel like family not so much anymore!
