The worst car buying experience I have ever had. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. Save your time and go to another dealership.

Took my Fusion to be serviced on a busy Monday morning. Talked to Brandon and he did a wonderful job. Very pleased with the service provided by Ft Mill Ford.
I purchased a vehicle a week ago and the salesman name was Kurby and he was awesome and was willing to help out anyway that he could. There was a scratch on the door and a lady named Deseree had it painted. Thanks to both of them. We highly recommend them both. Very good people.

The service department did a little better this time. I think it was only because i had a federal recall though. Still tried to sell me something i didn't need or had already replaced. They weren't rude but just very cold in how they dealt with me.

Purchased a car for my wife over the weekend and all I can say is that it was an awesome unique experience! I was off the coast of charleston sc fishing and between text messages and sending credit info via internet I was able to get a deal done within 30 minutes or less and it did not once interrupt my trip.
