I ordered an Escape from Ford/Roush of Gastonia and when we arrived to pick it up, they couldn't locate the vehicle. I called Deseree at Fort Mill and between her and our amazing salesman Lou, we had our new car in less than a week:). Thanks Deseree and Lou!

The wife and I purchased a 2016 focus on 10/22/16, our salesman was Scott Brennan, this is our second purchase in 16 months and both times Scott has been awesome. If u live in Charlotte area and want to buy a Ford go to Ft Mill Ford and ask for Scott, I think you will be very happy
My wife and i purchased a vehicle from Ft. Mill Ford on 9/29/16. The salesman was Adrian. He was outstanding, and due to scheduling issues, he brought the car to my wife's job for a test drive. He was very personable, knowledgeable, patient. a good listener and didn't recommend any service that wasn't beneficial. The process went very smooth, and the closing was detailed. I would recommend the dealership and Adrian.
Frank and the whole crew do a good job there. Some service reviews see pretty rough... I think they are fair and attempt to do good work that they stand behind.
Big Dave was friendly as usual he made sure all discounts were applied
