My wife and I purchased an F-150 and Explorer from Fort Mill Ford at the same time this week. Our salesman was Adrian Ashley and the sales manager was Chris Motrynczuk. Both were extremely professional, polite, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. Both gentlemen had laid back no pressure attitude and were a true joy to purchase from. I highly recommend Fort Mill Ford and definitely encourage you request to work with Chris and Adrian personally.
Had my airbags replaced today due to the recall. Frank, in the service department, was extremely helpful, friendly and got the repair done quickly. I waited in a very nice waiting area, where there are plenty of vending machines, a restroom, and even a restaurant! (did not eat from there, but what a great idea!) Overall, I was very impressed with Ft. Mill Ford and would return to them again in the future.
Fort Mill Ford did an exceptional job working with me. I bought my first truck from them and they worked to meet my needs.
