Service dept has unfair and deceptive practices. Sent my vehicle there for repairs, my insurance approved the repairs and the company calls me stating I have to pay in full before any repairs can be done. Since when has anyone had to pay in full before any work is done to the vehicle and the vehicle is checked out to make sure it is running properly after repairs are complete. Also if my insurance company has approved the repairs why is Ford asking me to pay in full first as if Im not going to pay for my vehicle when repairs... read more

Not happy that they don't negotiate prices. Dealership was nice. Very modern. They were quick to respond. Also, have had a follow up. Vehicle was just as described and clean and ready to go.
