If you want a great car buying experience I have one name for you “Ron Kirby”. I went this past Saturday just looking to test drive a car, from the time I walked in the door until the time I drove off the lot with the car Ron made it a easy and great experience. I also had my 5 month old with me and parents you know how that goes. Ron did an excellent job with hurrying along the process to ensure we didn’t wear thin on my little guys patience. I was told with a straight face that it would cost me $1400 to fix two broken door handles on my work van. No wonder small businesses have to put padlocks on their doors instead of getting the doors fixed - being taken advantage of by huge corporations!
I had a great experience at Fort Mill Ford. Everyone was exceptionally professional and courteous. The entire deal process was handled with ease and explained thoroughly. They make you feel welcomed throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Fort Mill Ford! Thank you Ron Kirby!

Wonderful experience! Great customer service! Did everything via email and phone. They had everything ready for me when I pulled in to get my new truck! We just needed to sign a few documents and grab the keys and go! They even took my truck and filled the gas tank, and made sure I knew how to work everything on the inside before leaving!
