Just, easy and efficient I live over 2 hours away from Fletcher Jones and the work that needed to be done on my car was not getting fixed at the dealership by me. I called James Sarvey and told him the problems I was having and AJ took care of everything. James went the distance to make it happen for us. There just isnt better customer service anywhere like Fletcher Jones.

Tire repair and replace Miguel was extraordinarily cordial, accurate, explained clearly what needed to happen, and then delivered a clean car 30 minutes before his estimate. He personally came into the waiting area to inform me and provide the valet ticket. Then a very pleasant young woman brought the key to me with me having to track her or anyone else down. Nicely done. I have been coming to the dealer since 1996. Thomas Carnavale sells me cars. We have two. Thank you. J. Evans.
