I had a balance of 345 on my credit card so I make a 300 payment. So the credit card company takes my money and suspends my card cause I made two payments in one month. And put my credit card on. Hold for 3 to 5 more days till they can see if the bank account I paid with is mine this is bull shit that big company like first premier bank is holding my money from me

If I could give less than one star I would. I opened this account in 2013 and it was charged off 6 months later. I explained to the company that I was a victim of fraud from a family member. I received absolutely no sympathy and now have a 430$ charge off on my credit report. I disputed a few months back and essentially was told that there was nothing they could do. My Credit card has been cancelled since January of 2018. In addition to monthly interest charges, I've been billed $12/month "monthly fee" . My Credit Card has been cancelled for 18 months and I've paid $216 Monthly Fee's. This is an unfair and illegal business practice to charge monthly fee's and providing no service. This is a corrupt organization.

Company promised to remove a annual membership fee, because I did not want to keep the card and did not get a bill. Checked my account a few days later and the fee has not been removed. They will not honor what was told.

Shame that I cannot give them 0 stars. I was a customer in good standing for over a year. I had accounts with several other companies that were always paid on time, never late. Terrible customer service. Go to another Bank, these guys are absolutely terrible. Tried to call in to make a payment cause the website didn't work and was told they will charge $15 dollars to make a payment. Spoke to 3 managers, or so they say they were managers and all 3 people were just laughing at me and refused to wave the $15 fee. First Premier Bank is fraudulent they waited till I use my credit card for the first time then cut it off ,then close my account 30 days later so they could charge me annual fee of a $100.00. Now every month they charge me a late fee, so the amount I owe them would continue to go up. I used $54.00 out of a $400 credit limit, just so they can cut the card off and charge a $100. I received a telemarketing call from a First PREMIER Bank number today. While attempting to opt out of their call list, I was connected to an operator. He answered - in an accent! - and when I stated I wanted to be removed from their call list, his accent disappeared as he said, "Oh, no thank you" and hung up on me without confirming my removal from the list. First Premier bank is a fraud from the beginning. They entice you with building your credit by offering you a secured line of credit. Which is ok. Its pretty standard when it comes to credit building. However, what they dont explain to you, is that, on top of the 95$ security deposit, they charge you their annual fee upfront in the amount of 99 dollars. Ok, I can live with that.
