I've had a credit line open with First Premier Bank for about a year. To date, I made all payments on time and decided to pay in full as of April of 2020. I was not the biggest fan of the customer service this company provided, but being told their consumers have "Less than perfect credit" what else can expect correct? This company is the worst company I have ever had. I highly suggest anyone thinking of adding this company to do their research. The fees are insane. So I had 2 cards with this company for years and I have asked for lower interest rates also no yearly fee or monthly fees. They will not do this. I then paid the balance in full on 1 account. But mistakenly paid 60 more on account and so on other account had 50 balance. Terrible company! They are a predatory credit card company that has had class-action lawsuits in more than one state since I opened my acct. and two states have won. High, hidden fees, high interest, and has no interest in helping to build credit up like advertised. I have since paid my balance in full and they are refusing to remove the acct. from my credit report. DO NOT use this company at all!!!

While the fees for this card are pretty steep, that is not my concern with this company - I have pretty bad credit, so being able to have a credit card at all seemed great, until I tried to verify my card for ******** and had my card suspended for some bogus reason. I contacted FirstPremier to verify my card for use in ********. The lady on the phone said that she couldn't do it because my phone number had not been verified. If I could give 1 star, I would! I had this credit card. I fell for the "Pay $75 application fee, then pay your $95 program fee". This is how this ended up-a $300 credit limit. They deducted program fees and "other" fees. This left my available credit at $130 or so. This not only hurts your credit due to the high usage of your card, but also rips you off. Had this card for 6 months, the balance never matched how much I actually spent and the missing amounts don't show on the account. The moment I was 1 day late on a payment, they closed my account and started charging outrageous fees. Since I've closed it, my balance has gone UP even after paying twice the credit i had used on it. Now I get phone calls every hour from them asking for more money. This is a scam bank and should be avoided at all costs as they will do whatever they can to rip you off.

This is the ONLY credit card that I have had that you must use a pin with. Also, when I make my payments they still show me at a zero available credit limit. They charge you 25.00 for an increase limit fee per 100.00 increase. Pretty expensive fees especially for lacking in customer service and updating your account info.

Absolute scam of a company. I have been with this HORRIBLE and DECEPTIVE company for years, unfortunately because I do not have the best credit. Today I got a phone call that they didn't receive my payment, which I always pay long before the due date using my bank's bill pay. For some reason, my bank didn't send the check. I would give them 0 Starts if I could. Based on my payment history the payment I have made has always been posted the very next day (even on the weekend) I have proof from my bank and their transaction search. I paid the credit card off almost 1 week ago and they claim they haven't received my payment. They wanted me to provide them my account # and routing # for my bank (Hacking 101 ) I did not feel comfortable doing that. The customer service rep started getting angry at this point.
