They charged my account off in 2018 they claim to report accurately but they are still reporting payment activity after the account had been closed- charged off since 2018. And they re-age the date last active on my credit report to reflect the current month.

In 2018 I paid a 95$ creation fee. I spent around 90$ on the card before it was abruptly shut off. Soon an annual membership fee was added and here I am two years later disputing the practice of this company because procrastination is my week suit. $314.00 is what I am claimed to owe. Look everywhere on the internet this is one of the most profitable banks in the U.S. riding on our backs. I ran into severe health problems, out of work etc. I was charged off. SCAM! Stay away from this card! Never mind the high interest rate and huge yearly fee, they are scamming people by holding payment for a week to ten days so even if you pay on time they will not process your payment until they have charged a late fee! COMPLETE SCAM AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! Also the is zero customer service. You can not even call and talk to a person.

I applied for the secure First Premier Bank credit card on September 16, 2020. I paid the $95.00 fee but I have received NOTHING. No email confirmation NOTHING. My bank has processed the fee & I am nervous that I am being ripped off. I understand that it takes a week or so to receive your card in the mail but I don't even know if I was approved for the credit card. Please help! Should I contact my bank about the charge?

Do not open a card with First Premier. Absolutely horrible. I signed up and got approved and paid $95 to receive my card. When trying to enroll online to pay my bill via the app, view statements, etc. I was met with an error screen saying my social is incorrect. After calling I was told to wait 24 hours and try again. Waited 24 hours and nothing happened, called back and was told to wait 48 hours. Waited the 48 hours and called back and still said my social was invalid. I've made all my payments, Call customer service to make another payment and they close my account saying that the payment did not go through charge me another $30 on top of closing my account. Made another payment today didn't go through and charge me another $30, not fair.
