I filed a dispute because my information was stolen and an account was opened in my name. They charged off the credit card. I filed another dispute through ******** and they put the dispute in as a new collection and my score dropped 48 points. It is illegal for them to process this as a new charge off and it was reported as a charge off on my account on 09/2016. I recieved a card in the mail, saying it was "active and ready to use" -- it most certainly wasn't. I had to get address verification, because I moved. I faxed in verification. They are now claiming that it is in a queue, and that I won't know anything until Monday. I am so close to just closing my account. A company that can't even keep track of a FAX is just ridiculous. Also, based on all of the reviews... it seems like it's a huge scam.

This company must not deceive public by calling themselves a credit card company. This company is a reloadable card company that refuses cash back. Why did I even give up my $300 so that I can only get access to it the way they want? I've spent so much money to begin with. $95 activation fee plus $75 annual fee so that someone can manage my money. Have they ever given me 1 cent as a credit? No. Because just like a reloadable card, it won't go overdraft. What is exactly the point of this company's operation? It sounds legitim... read more

Out dated system that can't even show your pending transactions, no roll out to see whats going on with the account. Charged a late fee for missing the minimum due by 3 buck which i than turned around and paid $200 on the account on 10/18/2019. Not to mention the 'credit protection' that isnt worth a ****. Plus the HARASSING CALLS 5 times in an HOUR, than they wait a few hours and do it all over AGAIN! O they will send you a letter to stop the calls for 30 days as long as you respond in writing with in their given amount of ... read more

"This is account is unavailable." They'll lock you out of your account so you can't pay it or talk to customer support (their ticketing system is behind your account login, so if they mess up and lock you out, you're just plain screwed unless you can get them on the phone somehow). I guess they do this to make it impossible to pay so they can grow the balance and eventually send it to collections. Shady, shady, company.

My Card got suspended For using twice in the same location and they want me to mail in a copy of my social security card to verify it's me. That's the Only way the can reinstate my card lol I closed the account be aware don't waste your time applying for this card

PLEASE BEWARE - This is an institution that employs "unscrupulous" business tactics to "fleece" people of their money no matter the consequences. They are a Financial "Preditor" that doesn't give a "darn" about people and their families and the "damage" they're doing to them. Once they have your personal information via an "application for credit" they'll use that information and your personal financial "difficulty" to squeeze as much money out of you as possible, and then squeeze some more. Customer service from this company is the worst. I had a charge off in October 2016 and First Premier sold my account to ***************** to collect my debt. Mind you if you ask them if they sold your account they will state that they are just "working"it. First Premier is who is reporting my account to the credit bureau but my account is being worked by *****************. Which is illegal. If you do not have my account and ***************** is working it ***************** is who should be reporting it to the credit bureau.... read more

This is one of the worst companies I have ever seen. Going through my credit report I found a charge off account for First Premier Bank in the amount of 412.00 dollars opened back in Oct of 2013. The only problem is I have never even heard of these people let alone opened an account with them! I have tried disputing this with the credit bureaus, but they keep sending the dispute back saying that the information is accurate.
