This company takes advantage of less than prime consumers. Recently had my card stolen on vacation. Customer care says to file police reports to take care of it only to get the run around. Rick ***** and Julie ****** have been handling this. Not one called me since the occurrence. I have opted to close both my accounts and am currently in the middle of a formal BBB complaint. Since my divorce, I've been working on my credit score and understand that I had to bite the bullet with this company. I was approved amd never receive the card. Just got off the phone with someone (8/25/2020 approx 8pm) who told me that the only way to get a 'replacement' card is to pay the $95 fee FIRST! I told her that I have no problem paying the fee when I have the card in hand. She just repeated "The only way we can send you a new card is to pay $95 with your checking account or debit card." They take advantage of you tell you you fine and then change you and say you miss a payment when to what they tell you and then it your fault because you made the payment when you're told I been there 6 years and never miss a payment ************************* now they dropped my credit score 67 points when I was making up the payments like promised l didn't complain about the stupid high late fees but I tried to get it all fix with everything and they just didn't care as soon as my loans are paid off I'm done with them

This card is not worth it, don't open one! They charge you for every single thing. You have to pay an activation fee and then upon receiving your card they also charge your card the yearly fee. Also when you get any kind of credit increase they charge you 25% fee of whatever they raise your limit of. It's a major scam to get your money! If you close your account it may effect your credit score poorly as well for having a closed account. Premier bank ruined my credit score and destroyed my business over a $13.50 fee. I was a loyal customer for 6 years straight due to a billing error they were unwilling to do what's in the best interest of the client, ruined my credit, and told me to figure it out. Don't be a victim of this process, I will find out mediums to voice my opinion to protect and and warn clients from becoming a victim, this company targets minority credit credit profiles.

I have had this credit card for less then a month and I'm basically done with them. It is a giant rip off. I have less the stellar credit yes however I am only getting credit card to build credit but I do not need them I make way more than enough money. The fees are ridiculous if I was someone that needed this to actually survive I don't know how I would do it just to get the card you pay $95 only to receive the card with a $75 dollar charge on it. Do not get this card they charged late fees *********** i told them im living out of my car they thought it was funny I said I would pay!!!! I need sometime they didn't care and charged me an extra 100 and labeled me Derogatory thanks alot I am a felon who trying to get his life to gether and u destroy my credit thanks alot

Not much..this is a bank which is taking advantage of the pandemic. Unless you are desperate, don't bother because they will have your first born child. Their customer service needs training. I spoke to 6 people and each person gave me 6 different instructions. If I quoted the next one they were down right rude. Talk about exploitation! There was a bill before you even got out the gate! Awful ****** scam artist I got this card to build credit and payment history and it was a nightmare still is im trying to find away to handle it try get my money back wish there was a class action and there should be this company is worspe than any gang or cartel.
