I've had them since 2012. What a waste the money this was. I recently paid my cards off and called to inquire about closing my accounts. Call got disconnected and they close my accounts without my knowledge. I will be filing with an attorney for this. Buyer beware stay far away. 36% APR $100 a year fee and a monthly fee on top of that plus your monthly payment it's astronomical for a $500 limit.......

After dealing with Jordan H and their staff for assistance ****************** I applied at 1:30 am on 4/03/2020 and was never approved, this should have been adequate time for them to respond to my emails when I had questions concerning what information was needed as their website information stated 2019 tax return if filled but what if it wasnt? It took them 6 days to respond. There was other issues also. I feel I need to hire an attorney as I do not trust them going forward.

My account is suspended for making payments on there app and by phone with my debt card. I told them the payment on the app doesn't post until they want to post them. So I have forgotten a few times and in return I've called on the phone to make a same day payment using my debt card. They told me they need my bank statement and a picture of my license and debt card to make sure it's my checking account . ð??? I'm making payment with. This company is pretty much criminal!! I agreed to cease and desist from reporting negative info to the credit bureaus if I paid my account., I paid my account and they did not do what they promised. DO NOT GET A CREDIT CARD WITH THEM THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER!!

I think this credit card company is incompetent with the lack of professionally of there customer services representative. They claim there was a issue with my bank payments after I found out through ******** that they closed my credit card, without contacting me and letting me know that there was any issues. They have my email and my phone number, address, but no one got in touch with me. This company does NOTHING to help their customers who's credit card have been comprimised! It take over an hour to speak to represetative IF you can get ahold of one. I have submitted EVERYTHING they have asked, multiple times and STILL they have not fixed my information with the credit card. It was SO much easier for the thief trying to steal my card than it is for me to protect it. I paid my accounts of by check in full before my due date and requested my account be closed they still took a duplicate payment on my account leaving me with a $396 credit balance. when I requested this be returned immediately to me I received this response "Thank you for using PREMIER Online. I have called several times requesting to speak with a Supervisor regarding settling a debt/making a payment and getting clarity. Rude customer service refuses to pass the phone to anyone beyond them, regarding anything. All I wanted was a discussion with a Supervisor but they give you a continuous run-around.
