They've been reporting an account that was closed since 2003 and included in a 2012 bankruptcy far beyond the statute of limitations and refuse to remove it.

Preying upon people with "less than perfect credit" with deceptive practices, hidden annual and monthly fees, is despicable and that is exactly what this bank does. I never used the card and it was never activated but I was billed nearly $100.00 before I even opened the envelope. This company is the WORST!!!!!!!! I have over $500 of fraud on my credit card and when I filed my dispute they informed me that my card was swiped and a PIN was never used. 4 days later I got a letter in the mail stating the charges are mine (which they aren't) because a PIN was used. I finally got a hold of 1 person after calling 7-8 times to get to the fraud department which is a joke to get to and she told me that both PIN and swipe come through on their end as the same so there is no way to tell. This company is a SCAM, don't walk RUN from their services. Opened an account and made payments right after purchases in order to build credit faster and wouldn't you know it they SUSPENDED account because they needed proof of account information ( this is provided at the application stage...morons). They have held the funds in account for over 15 business days and said they mailed a letter requesting bank docs ( sent via fax to them over 13 business days). This so called credit card is a joke. We made a payment on 12/13/19. The agent stated that funds would be available on the 19th. And guess what... they're not. I called and spoke to 4 agents and no one stated that by the 19th they actually meant the 20th. And now I have to wait for my money. And when I spoke to Brittany she stated that they would be happy to release the account if we could call the bank to verify funds... isn't that the reason I waited till the 19th?

I initially applied for this card to rebuild my credit to buy a house. So I paid all the crazy fees just so I could start rebuilding. I usually use the card and pay it off 2 weeks later. After my last payment in full I went to use the card and it was declined. I called the bank and they said it was suspended due to suspicious activity. However the woman on the phone would not give me a reason why they felt it was suspicious. This is worse than a con. This card will HURT your credit, not help you rebuild it.... unless you want to pay a lot of money. I paid an initial $29 fee and I guess missed the fine print about an annual AND monthly fee that only goes up after the first year (I honestly never saw any of this). Scam company. I had 1 return payment because i changed banks. I make a payment on 12/2/19 with my new bank info, and on 12/4/19 they closed my account saying i had too many return payments, I guess 1 return payment is too many for them.
