I finally pulled my credit report and there are 2 accounts on there from First Premier. I've sent multiple letters to First Premier to validate the debt on my credit report. I've yet to get a response and these letters have been sent over 2 months ago.

I have received three pre-approved offer and upon applying they declined. effecting my credit reports with hard enquiries I don't recommend this card. There yearly and monthly fee are unbelievably high. I feel I have been scammed. They have no live agent to discuss new application issues.

My husband applied for a First Premier cc and was approved. He applied for the card to establish credit. I make ALL PAYMENTS on all of our credit accounts and used 2 different banks to do so. My husband tried using his card on 1/6/21 and was advised the card was suspended due to "FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY" Initially he believed someone tried to take money from his card but was advised he was being investigated for MAKING PAYMENTS TO THE CARD FROM 2 DIFFERENT BANK ACCOUNTS!!!!!!! They absolutely horrible as they took my money from my account days have gone by and they tell me they have a five minute per call limit that's all they can do to help you so after 5 minutes they say we're sorry for this but we have to hang up they have my 300.00 stuck in limbo and no one can help me only choice I have at this point is to dispute it I guess

I'd give them no star if it were possible. Save yourself the stress and do not do business with this credit card company. They are liars and cheats. If you find yourself in a financial bind and need a debt consolidation company, First Premier will NOT work with them on your behalf. They will accept an agreed upon total payment and then continue to harass you for either the same amount or more. I have been reaching out to them for almost a month to receive a payment extension. BEWARE- they will lie and say they can't do that for you because they aren't the lender, that ********* is and that is the way it has always been the last 8 years he has been there. These people are liars and racist. They lied to me on the date that my credit would be reported. And I make it my business to keep my balance under %30 before the monthly balance are sent to the credit reports. The customer service rep lied and told me two days before prior to two days of the call. Then when you call them they are very nonchalant and racist. They don't care! Don't do business with these liars. They are purposely trying to mess up people of color credit.

I have a loan through them on a camper. Every three months, when my insurance re-news, I get a notice that First Premier hasn't received it and that they are going to charge me their own insurance. I call my Insurance company, whom I have had much longer than this loan and have had other vehicles with loans against them that never have this problem, and they insist they are sending it correctly. We have, on multiple occasions, worked with you to explain the situation. As you know, the issue you raise is caused by the timing of when we receive your insurance carrier's notice and when we send out the reminder to you. As long as you know your personal insurance coverage has been renewed, we have explained that you can disregard our notice.
If I could rate no stars I would. This company has taken advantage of the covid-19 financial loss of families. They claim to help by putting your account on pause. But they fail to tell you that they continue to collect late fees and interest. For their own benefits. Absolutely disgusting. While hard work Americans are trying to put food on the table,and keep roofs over the heads of their families, this company is preying on them. I would advise anyone to run as far away from this company as possible.
