This credit card company is horrible. They charge outlandish fees and interest. Then when you try and close your account they take payments on a zero balance account and then tell you they will take up to 3 months to return YOUR funds to you. If you are reading this PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS CREDIT CARD. They are thieves and you can find other credit card companies that are better than this one.

If I could give this company 0 stars or negative stars I would. I had a credit card through them. Major mistake. It went to collections. Which I admit was my fault. I paid the amount that was set by their 3rd party associate Asset Recovery Solutions. I have sent out disputes with ************ as well as ********** and *******. Upon the death of my son, I found a First Premier Credit Card in his wallet. To be proactive, I called the phone number to let them know he was deceased. They were polite and gave me the address to send a copy of the death certificate. I mailed the death certificate the following Monday. On Tuesday, I received a call, on my cell phone (that I had used to call them) requesting to talk to my son. This company is pure evil. I cancelled my card, was continuing to pay it off, then the "mysteriously" didn't receive a payment when I had proof in the form of a a confirmation number that they said didn't exist. Then charged a bunch of late fees. They call from a number that just shows up as UNKNOWN on caller id and call every hour and a half to to hours a day ALL DAY! I will never pay this off, they are crooked and scam artists.

My wife and I decide to go with First Premier Bank with their secured credit card. The first few months they were great but then in June of this year We made a payment to both of are cards, six days after making the payment they sent it back to bank account. The only reason I found was they called me eight days after we became late and applied late charges to our account. I'm currently trying to get a house loan and checked my credit for the first time in a while. I saw that I had a debt owed to First Premier bank (never heard of them) for over $*** from a credit card. This was opened almost 7 years ago and was opened in FRAUD! Beware of these First PREMIER Bank SCAMMERS! I had 2 credit cards with First Premier, one for personal and one for business. In March I canceled both over the phone and paid off the entire balances. Three months later they are still charging me monthly fees, late penalties, and threatening me with collections even though I have tried three times now to cancel the cards. I've been a card holder for a few years had nothing but issues during my time as a card holder here. They take 7 days to process any type of payment, when I closed my secured card that I've had since my early 20's I expected to receive my deposit back, only after a month and a half of waiting did I call in and get told that I was supposed to put in a request which would take 30 additional days to process.
