I have had nothing but issues with this company from day one. Apparently, there was a discrepancy in my debit card information that was summited to make a payment. When the payment was returned I received no contact of any sort saying that the payment was declined or returned. That very same day they reported inaccurate information to the credit bureau about my balance before even giving me an opportunity to fix the wrong. Which caused my credit score to fall 88 points.
