My young daughter went in last night after a painful accident. Our family members gave us this place as we are from san antonio and were visiting family in austin. We are so glad we went. Super fast service, comforting staff, and popsicles and stickers to make our little girl smile again. I'm usually one to avoid emergency rooms because of how expensive they are, but in this case, it was worth the charge bc we slept well last night knowing she will be ok after a few days recovery.

They were really fast and really nice! I was in a lot of pain and they helped me in any and every way possible. They even talked to my Crohns doctor. I definitely reccommend going here!
Very satisfied with my overall experience. The service was very fast and I felt much better afterwards. They have convenient locations so it took us about 5 minutes to get to one. I definitely recommend this place for urgent care.

This was my fastest Emergency Care I have every been o where the processing didn't take so long. The nurse and doctors took care of me right away. But also the office clerk she was really nice and made me feel better and she was very informative. We need more people like her.I will definitely return if I need to go to E.R. The service was just AWESOME!!
I went to First Choice ER on my way home from work in the evening as I had swollen foot due to Cellulitis. The girl at the front desk, the RN, and the doctor were all so nice and very professional. They listened to the problem and gave me the treatment needed. I was out of the facility in less than 45 minutes! I would definitely recommend other to go there for ER treatment.

They were great with the timing of me being seen by a doctor and the staff was great. I was given great care by the nurses and physician. They were also very knowledgeable with my Type 1 diabetes concerns.

I had never been to this emergency room before and didn't know what to expect. They exceeded my expectations and provided quick and professional services. I came in and was tended too immediately. The staff is extremely friendly and I would definitely recommend them as the number one choice for 24 hr emergency. Thanks!
