Last week my wife sliced her hand badly, requiring a visit to the ER for multiple stciches. Having only been to hospital ERs, I was pleasantly surprised, the staff was polite, helpful and very efficient, while the doctor was equally professional, with a great bedside manner. Candidly, I do not think we could have asked for anymore.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. I was seen within minutes. After my diagnosis, I was given both verbal and written instructions. The doctor even asked me to call him personally to let him know if I was getting better. I would not hesitate to go there again!
It is expensive to go to emergency room, especially for people without insurance. When my non-insured father had been nose bleeding for 3 hours on Thanksgiving Day, it was really difficult and heart breaking for me. Around 10pm 11/25/2015, my father’s nose began to bleed without reason. He compressed the nose, but the blood kept flowing into his throat, so he had to spit the blood every 1 minutes. I was visiting my nephew in Austin, Texas and had trouble breathing so we went to First Choice Emergency Room. The staff was very efficient and made me feel cared for. Xrays were taken and a breathing treatment administered along with a shot of antibiotics and script for a 10 day treatment for acute bronchitis. I am so thankful for their thoroughness and their responsiveness. It made the rest of my visit in Texas most enjoyable.

This is a fantastic resource. One of the very best ER's I have ever been to. Dr. Hirsh was an incredible doctor and treated me with utmost respect and care. The nursing staff is top notch as is their technology etc. God forbid I have another emergency, this is the place I will come to. Thank you First Choice !
Fast and effective! I've been to this location 2x about a year apart, and the experience was about as good as it gets for going to the doctor. First Choice ER is my first choice for emergency medical care.

I've been here 2x, each time for severe sinus headaches. I was treated quickly and effectively and my headache was resolved. First Choice ER is my first choice for emergency care.
I used online check-in and got an appointment in less than half an hour, and got quick service when I arrived. The Dr also took the time to call a specialist to get a second opinion on whether I could continue to breastfeed while taking my prescription, and I thought this was really considerate. I got great treatment!

Pretty darn fast! People there look up for you, they treat you with respect and promptness. When you get discharged they even call you next day to see how you feel.
