I went to First Choice ER Saturday evening after being bitten by a dog. I was immediately admitted and cared for by friendly concerned staff and doctor. Will definitely use them again if needed. Very efficient office staff who understood my insurance coverage, they even helped me write / complete the entry forms as my hand was not usable at that stage.

Great doctors, great nurses, great care. All nice and respectful people. My boyfriend brought me here the other night and I was there for awhile, but I got good care and was explained everything and everyone helped get the job done. I will definitely go here again if needed. Thank you so much for your help.
Much better than a normal ER, made my appointment with their app, waited less than 10 minutes and I was back seeing a doctor. Great people there too, really caring people.

My friend felt ill with severe stomach pain around 7 pm so I Googled "Emergency Room Austin, TX". First Choice appeared, which was close by and offered an online check in process that was fast and easy. After arriving at the ER, the paperwork was minimal and easy to complete. The receptionist was very pleasant and my friend only had to wait a few minutes before being called to an examination room. The doctors and nurses were efficient and knowledgeable. Drove to First Choice after another emergency room said their wait was over an hour. No waiting at First Choice. Only a bruise after x-rays and exam. First Class service and follow-up.
I fell while visiting Austin from out of state. Everyone at First Choice was friendly, had a great bedside manner, and performed their jobs professionally. The service was fast, and the staff got my records to my doctor at home when I went for follow up treatment. I highly recommend this facility if you have an emergency at or near the Arboretum in Austin, TX.

Went here today (05/17/2015), my husband lost control of facial muscles on his right side. When walking in the receptionist was super sweet and fast with the check-in process the second we got all our info filled out we were called back by our nurse (who also was super nice), they took his vitals, asked some questions. Right after she walked out our Dr. came in 2 mins later, with what he thought was going on and told us what the next steps were. Had to bring my 4yr old severely autistic son here in the evening while his Dr. Office was closed. He had a double ear infection. They were very caring, patient and professional with him helping him stay comfortable even through getting a shot. They were concerned with being sure I was aware of my coverage and suggested other places that may save money if I wasn't sure. I appreciated that a lot but still chose to go through them.
