Took our daughter in one evening for possible concussion. Medical Staff was friendly and they were able to examine and diagnose her very quickly. Luckily she did not have concussion but staff was very helpful in advising what to look for and what we should do if condition changed. It was my first experience at an Urgent Care/Emergency care clinic, and and I would definitely return. My friend had a terrible accident the night before Halloween. He cut his thumb open. But they helped him out at 5AM in the morning and it's nearly healed now! Zero headaches were accumulated on his visit.
I got dehydrated after being sick with a stomach bug and had to go to this ER to get fluids. The nurse was really nice, I was really out of it and they saw this and took care of me as soon as I got there. While I was there they were really attentive and caring.
High quality staff, who are knowledgeable and effective. Staff has an great bedside manner and were extremely personable. I went on a Saturday, and there was no waiting. The doctor and nurses were able to answer all my questions, and provide excellent medical care. Only complaint for the location I went too was the front desk person was a little distracted. Overall, it is an option I will use in the future.

I had to come here twice in one week, one for ovarian cysts and one for medication side effects. The people of this ER are so attentive, supportive, fast-working, and thorough. The doctors have better bedside manner than I've seen in an office! They even call the next day to see how you are doing. This ER has helped me so much and I know who to go to if I have medical problems again.

I had a great experience at First Choice Emergency Room! My husband had to drive me in at midnight; I was in horrible pain from a kidney stone (although I didn't know what it was at the time.) The lady at the front desk was kind and helpful, I was in a room very quickly. I had to have an I.V. and I HATE needles, but the nursing staff was patient with me and made everything go smoothly. I visited First Choice ER during a recent business trip. I was able to see a doctor with just a couple minute wait. The staff was very professional and efficient, and I was back to work in no time. I would use this facility again if the occasion ever arose.

I had to take my husband here for severe belly pain on a Sunday night. We were taken back very quickly. When you are in horrible pain this is the best thing to happen to you. Bob and Dave are the best in the biz...The worked so well together it was seamless. Our doctor at the time Dr. Price was so genuine and helpful. Bottom line we live close to Buda and drove all the way to this location by Lakeline just for this service and great people. Thank you again for the best ER experience every.
