I could not have asked for any better service than offered me last Sunday evening when I fractured my wrist!!! Each person encountered was helpful, caring, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. I would recommend this place to anyone in need of emergency help in that area.

AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. I would give this place zero stars if I could. As you can read from the other reviewers, their billing is out of control. But let's say, hypothetically, that you have tons of excess money to throw at those peasant doctors. STILL DO NOT COME HERE. The doctor was with me for only 7 minutes and he tried to argue my symptoms with me. He told me that if I have back pain that automatically means I have kidney stones! I had no idea the only cause of back pain was kidney stones, thanks Doc ;) Anywho... read more

Excellent, clean, fully equipped, facility, with state of the art equipment, knowledgeable Dr.s, great bedside manners, terrific staff, well manered, fast, articulate, well groomed and appropriate appearance. Not just a staff hired simply because they speak Spanish with no other skills whatsoever like all other urgent cares! A very professional staff . The courteous receptionist .The professional RN and Doctor on duty. Thank You Casey and Dr.VanRoekel for attending to me so quick. I was very impressed with First Choice ER room service and facility. I would recommend them to any of my friends and family for any of their un expected medical emergencies .

My husband woke up with severe right side back pain. We went to First Choice where a blood pressure, temperature, blood drawn, IV stated, CT then Ultrasound done. All personnel were efficient & helpful except for one. With medication given for the pain, diagnose on a CD and referral supplied to us we would defiantly recommend this location.
