I fell while visiting Austin from out of state. Everyone at First Choice was friendly, had a great bedside manner, and performed their jobs professionally. The service was fast, and the staff got my records to my doctor at home when I went for follow up treatment. I highly recommend this facility if you have an emergency at or near the Arboretum in Austin, TX.

Had to bring my 4yr old severely autistic son here in the evening while his Dr. Office was closed. He had a double ear infection. They were very caring, patient and professional with him helping him stay comfortable even through getting a shot. They were concerned with being sure I was aware of my coverage and suggested other places that may save money if I wasn't sure. I appreciated that a lot but still chose to go through them.

We were out of town and away from our regular doctor, so when my 2 year-old son developed croup we brought him to First Choice. The staff were friendly, helpful, and we were in and out in less than 45 minutes! They evaluated him quickly, gave him a steroid treatment mixed with apple juice (at other places he was forced to drink it straight and it was horrible). They gave him the minimum treatment, and did not over-prescribe medication, which I was very glad of because steroids can have unpleasant side effects. The room was c... read more

Went in with chronic back pain and they didn't treat it like it was inferior or like I was wasting there time. Everyone was nice, helpful, caring and showed actual concern. Highly recommended

I was seen there after being in a MVA and basically suffering in pain all day. I tried to get into my PCP, who couldn't fit me in so I took a chance on this place rather than waiting forever at a hospital ER. Absolutely the BEST decision I could have made! All the staff was great and quick. When you are in serious pain fast is always a nice plus but accuracy and a friendly staff is just as important too. While I hope to not need to go back if I need emergency care this is the place to go!!
