Great, fast service! I was on tour last month in Austin with my band, and had an abcess on my finger that needed to be drained. I was being seen before I could finish the paperwork! Helped me out so much!!

Amazingly quick service. I found myself in need of a Dr after a long day of travel, and I was dreading having to wait to be seen. I was in and out within 20 minutes! The receptionist was so helpful, he even helped me find an in network pharmacy that was open late.

Very fast and very nice staff, been there a couple times for skateboarding injuries, everytime ive been its extremely fast and efficient to get me feeling better. Even though im hurting, they make me feel better and make me feel ensured that they are taking good care of me.
Awesome service and care! I called ahead of time to check on wait time and as soon as I walked in the door, they knew what I was in for. Did not wait long at all, just enough to finish my paperwork. The nurses, staff, and Dr. were amazing!!! Treated me immediately and the staff had already informed the Dr that I was on my way! Even though I was feeling horribly sick, I made it a point to let them know I was very appreciative of their excellent service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I took my 3-yr-old to First Choice ER last Wed night because he had a fever and was complaining about ear pain. The gal at the front desk was SO nice and quickly got us into a room. The nurse that came in was very sweet to my son cause as you can imagine he was a little scared being somewhere other than his pediatrician's office. The RN that came in was also very nice, but he was a little hard to understand because of his accent. This was my first trip to First Choice Emergency and I was absolutely impressed. A door and I had an argument and of course I lost. :-). The staff is exceptional, the efficiency of getting checked in, to getting taken by the staff, stopping the bleeding on my head, to closing the cut. All this took less than 30 minutes. This place is clean, fast and friendly. My 2 yr old has a double ear infection and woke up screaming. We left our house (also off jollyville) at 11:20. We were back at the house (with an Rx picked up from walgreens) at 12:35. And my son is fast asleep and in no more pain! Love it!
