I had a great experience at First Choice Emergency Room! My husband had to drive me in at midnight; I was in horrible pain from a kidney stone (although I didn't know what it was at the time.) The lady at the front desk was kind and helpful, I was in a room very quickly. I had to have an I.V. and I HATE needles, but the nursing staff was patient with me and made everything go smoothly. In July, I was out of town for a convention and found myself at First Choice ER un-expectantly. The Staff was very responsive and concerned for my well-being. I was seen quickly and received my tests within a reasonable time-frame. I definitely would visit this ER for an emergency in the future. AN
I visited First Choice ER during a recent business trip. I was able to see a doctor with just a couple minute wait. The staff was very professional and efficient, and I was back to work in no time. I would use this facility again if the occasion ever arose.

I had to take my husband here for severe belly pain on a Sunday night. We were taken back very quickly. When you are in horrible pain this is the best thing to happen to you. Bob and Dave are the best in the biz...The worked so well together it was seamless. Our doctor at the time Dr. Price was so genuine and helpful. Bottom line we live close to Buda and drove all the way to this location by Lakeline just for this service and great people. Thank you again for the best ER experience every.

fcer was wonderful at @ 2:00 in the the am. I was greeted by 2 professionals who immediately took me to a room and took my vitals. Doctor was able to x ray and take blood and urine and get a report on site Awesome! Would recommend them over any ER in town . Thanks First Choice
My young daughter went in last night after a painful accident. Our family members gave us this place as we are from san antonio and were visiting family in austin. We are so glad we went. Super fast service, comforting staff, and popsicles and stickers to make our little girl smile again. I'm usually one to avoid emergency rooms because of how expensive they are, but in this case, it was worth the charge bc we slept well last night knowing she will be ok after a few days recovery.

The First choice Doctors and staff were so wonderful to me. Everyone was compassionate and caring. I recommend this ER over any other ER.
Wonderful staff very friendly and caring. Would not have gotten the same care and personal attention in a hospital emergency room. Will recommend First Choice to anyone.
