My friend had a terrible accident the night before Halloween. He cut his thumb open. But they helped him out at 5AM in the morning and it's nearly healed now! Zero headaches were accumulated on his visit.
The team at First Choice was fantastic. We needed care while on vacation and they treated us just like we would have expected to be treated back home. Thanks for the special care!
I got dehydrated after being sick with a stomach bug and had to go to this ER to get fluids. The nurse was really nice, I was really out of it and they saw this and took care of me as soon as I got there. While I was there they were really attentive and caring.
This was the best ER, urgent care experience ever! The staff was expedient, knowledgeable, professional, and personable. I just wanted to get out to see the second half of the game that night, and they cared about that, and accomplished it to. I would recommend this 1st Choice ER location near the arboretum, they are an excellent team! Lyn R.
High quality staff, who are knowledgeable and effective. Staff has an great bedside manner and were extremely personable. I went on a Saturday, and there was no waiting. The doctor and nurses were able to answer all my questions, and provide excellent medical care. Only complaint for the location I went too was the front desk person was a little distracted. Overall, it is an option I will use in the future.

I have been to ERs and none of them compare to First Choice Emergency Room. It is fast, professional, and caring. I would and will recommend this to others and family to save the long wait at the hospital ERs and come to Frist Choice. The care is very good and it is a hidden secret that needs to be announced. great location near the arbor car wash. I was seen immediately; very different than going to hospital ER. They explained everything, and prepared me well for what was happening. dr. was personable. They cared about me having a good experience. very efficient staff. very nice design and they had great equipment. I would go again and recommend to friends.
I had to come here twice in one week, one for ovarian cysts and one for medication side effects. The people of this ER are so attentive, supportive, fast-working, and thorough. The doctors have better bedside manner than I've seen in an office! They even call the next day to see how you are doing. This ER has helped me so much and I know who to go to if I have medical problems again.

Great and speedy medical care, friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic facility! We saw Dr. Leung and he was caring and compassionate. No wait; awesome alternative to a large hospital setting. We will certainly return if we ever need to again.
