I spoke with Daniel today to set up my account. It was a fast and easy process. Daniel was very helpful and walked me through the program. He gave me his contact information and his contact hours for any future contacts with RTX. I was very impressed with RTX and their customer service. Daniel was great to work with in setting up my access account. Thanks Daniel for all your assistance. Great job. RTX is lucky to have you as their employee.

Working with RTX for travel is the best and easiest process. I worked with rep Ed yesterday to exchange points for a last minute Carnival cruise and he was very professional and personable which made the process painless.
