We just got back from St Marten during Hurricane Irma. It was definitely not the vacation or anniversary we had hoped for. It was a scary experience, but now have lifelong friends as we all helped support one another. After calling RTX for any help with our points, Kayla was AMAZING! She went out of her way to help us and was able to compensate us so we can have a new vacation that we can actually enjoy! I just had a call with an RTX Representative and I have to say, it was the most helpful and understanding experience!!!! The gentleman's name was Ed. He was very patient with me as he navigated me through websites and the various options available to me. Ed was very informed and at no time pressured me to purchase anything that I was unsure of. He offered a followup call giving me time to research the information and recommendations we discussed. RTX, keep this man!!!! THANK YOU ED!!!!
