This company and the people are amazing. I called in to activate my account and the gentleman “Eddie or Ed” was nothing short of fabulous. He was helpful, excited about his company, and informative. I was excited for my membership and Eddie enthusiasm just pumped me up. I am excited to begin a long membership

Ed was fabulous. Really explained my options, did some complicated math for me to help me make the right decisions, and was very courteous. Together we got a lot done in a relatively short amount of time! Ed is the reason I chose to stick with RTX, a company my son joined for me a few years ago. I thought about going with a new company or back to RCI, but I never had a service experience with either of them as I had with Ed this morning!

I was trying to book my daughter's honeymoon through my time share company and was struggling to get the dates I needed. RTX and Ed helped me get the dates I needed and a better resort for less points!!!!! Ed was very helpful, kind, and professional! I am so impressed with the service I received today! In a world of poor customer service, RTX and Ed prove that excellent customer service is still a reality! Thank you!!!
