RTX have always found me the best prices online for travels , hotels, and X changes. The service I received from Ed today were quick and very friendly.

I had the most tremendous experience with "Zak" (customer service rep) this morning. His patience level was exemplary while I asked a million questions and changed my mind several times. RTX should have him do training for any new employees on courtesty, satifaction and fantastic customer relations. By the end of my transactions I felt as if I had made a new friend. Hopefully, he can help me everytime I call. Thank You Zak
