Actually allow people to book at timeshares they paid for instead of saying that they can't book you, and then offering no explanation.

Actually following through with their sales pitch! Total scam! Funny that when you call you magically can't reach anyone. When you say you want to cancel your membership you get dumped to an unanswered line. Total SCAM!!!
I was confused when navigating the website. I called the 855 number and Josh walked me through my options, explaining where I could find The Coconut Palms II (as I want to stay there again) and how to use my bonus week. I feel more confident now about navigating the website and determining what is available, as well as finding those ‘hidden gems’ in the process. Thank You, Josh! 👍🏻😊
Worse mistake of my life was buying into this program. My accommodations are almost always messed up and have to call back several times to get my travel accommodations met.
I have tried for 2 years to get requests for resorts with lots of timeshare availability like Panorama and Whitefish and have never been successful. Also sent an email August 24 and September 10 and have never heard back. Called today to confirm and emails were received, but not responded to. Also, custom requests must be submitted and then renewed every 30 days by the customer. No reminders or auto-extends.
