Since we really did not understand how our membership works we decided to call and have someone walk thru the process with us. Ed was very helpful and patient as he showed us thru the different items on the RTX website. We are looking forward to traveling and enjoying the things we can do thru RTX with our familyand friends.

I wanted to use my Festiva timeshare for the first time. I went online and searched and was confused what to do next. I am not too computer savvy! So I called the number listed and was given a call back a short time later. Zach returned my call and explained how to travel the website. I now am able to check out my destinations online and see how they are rated on the Facebook site. Thanks a lot Zach! He was very kind and patient with me.
