I called customer service and had the pleasure of talking with Ed Robertson who was excellent in helping me understand my options. I had bought this package about a year ago and have to admit that I was less than impressed with the explanations and understanding of the different parts of the package. Ed did a great job of helping me understand and he had a lot of patience for a senior citizen who is new to RTX. Thank you Ed.
