Horrible! Do not purchase this! We have thrown away so much money into this and there are no discounts! We tried to cancel the very next day after realizing we got scammed and they wouldn’t let us. I want out of this!
We wasted so much money..
I’ve never been able to find a resort available during times we can go through RTX web searches. I was about to leave RTX and deposit with a different company when I talked to a nice, helpful, lady at RTX that said I am able to use my deposit for a cruise. Sounded great since we love to cruise, so I updated my membership to Premium Plus to get the cruise option, made my week deposit with RTX, there was a special to get an additional week (great). I booked travel with RTX and upon check-in escalated a complaint that was not met with urgency or assistance. This resulted in financial loss I have been with RTX for 10+ years now as I own with Festiva. My husband and I exchanged 4500 points from Festiva and booked a trip to Orlando FL to celebrate our son's 5th birthday and our 10-year anniversary.
