RTX SUCKS!! They got me to exchange my prime week on the beach with the promise of giving me 2 weeks to use anywhere and guess what, nothing is available. I have been searching their site for 6 months and guess what, nothing is available anywhere near the beach. I have even search 12 mos out. This company Cons people into giving up their vacation and charges them so much extra to use what they” traded you for”! Reasonable and efficient.no booking problems room is ready waiting for you if you choose a not so many stars room they will tell you.

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PACKAGE!!! I wasted a total of $7,295. I wouldn't have even spent $1,000 on this membership because it's bogus. I was promised amazing things but when I look at vacation options 1/2 the time hotels .com has the same hotel cheaper! I seriously regret my decision on buying this. Plus the loan they give you is outrageous. The interest is 16.9%! Plus I was promised 20,000 reward credits! Have I seen those uploaded to my account? You bet not. I had the pleasure of speaking with Ms. Yunanda. She was so insightful and a great pleasure to speak with. She was able to address all of my questions and concerns. Ms. Yunanda exemplified extraordinary customer service. She is definitely one to be commended on doing such a fine job. Her patience with me never seemed to run out. I now have a much better understanding of the travel process. I can't thank her enough. Thanks again Ms. Yunanda. You are truly awesome.

Booked a cruise for 13 people and found it cheaper 1 day later, only to be told their price guarantee did not apply to cruises. Lady on the phone was beyond rude too! Very remorseful that we upgraded! This was our first family vacation and experience trying to book anything and it was a horrible experience
