Well this is the second time after giving a poor rating to Faulkner Honda that I am dictating a message. Initially I thought Faulkner Honda was fantastic. And attempted to contact Don Perry the president to let him know. Subsequently I asked a question about why there were four copies of my driver's license needed for a loaner car. Things escalated and I was told I could not be serviced in there facility so I was barred from Faulkner Honda. I love my new Sonata and its smooth, quiet ride. Sales rep (Josh) was great, as was finance manager (Shane). On first visit Josh laid out all the pricing information, had my trade assessed, and came in under my maximum price, including the extended warranty. The entire experience was handled smoothly and without pressure or delay. Very happy to recommend Faulkner Hyundai.

I desperately needed a new vehicle and since my daughter-in-law works for Faulkner I naturally went there. She recommended Holly Beeman and I was very glad that I went to her. My credit is way less than perfect but they all worked extremely hard to find financing for me and I drove out with a pre-owned Hyundai Tucson that I absolutely love!
I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership and have not encountered any issues with the people or the process. The service department is excellent.
