THIS Faulkner Hyundai is WONDERFUL. I had dealt with original Harrisburg Hyundai and they were TERRIBLE. I even wrote to Hyundai headquarters. I always have a great experience at Faulkner. staff is wonderful and so is service department

Dropped my car off went to work, got the call if was finished and friendly shuttle driver came to pick me up so I could get my car again. The girls in customer service are awesome, brought my car in so I didn't even need to go outside. Just a bit of a suggestion, you might want to think about getting a new shuttle, the one running now is currently old and looks dirty, sorry but I like things clean. I know they wash the car and try to keep it clean but the seats look grubby. Although the service has always been great!
The reception people were very polite and Vinnie was great with follow up calls. Very satisfied with service.
Service is prompt. Team communicates diagnostic and repair process clearly. I have always been treated with respect.
Faulkner accommodated me when I bought my car after lease matured. Shane Smith made it uncomplicated for me and he was quite pleasant and knowledgeable to deal with.
Our salesman Kevin was attentive and listed to my needs. i love my Sante Fe!
