RecommendedFriendly, courteous staff. I also love the “shuttle” service. I can drop off my vehicle, grab a ride to work, be picked up at work & brought back to dealership when vehicle is ready. No worries about how I’m going to get to work w/o a car.

Excellent service. I greatly appreciate Faulkner putting me in a rental while my car was being serviced.
Someone asked me where they could purchase a vehicle. I simply told them not to go where I went because of the slick hidden fees! Faulkner was mentioned in the negative.
Jim Cooper! He was fabulous. Talked us through everything we were thinking, didn’t put any pressure on us and we definitely felt like it was no hassle. We have been looking but not really taking it serious and when we left we didn’t receive phone calls from him wanting us to come back. He gave a couple days and so I thought about it and we came back. We walked into other dealerships where it was stimulation overload. I would definitely do business with Faulkner again.
