The Customer experience is horrible! Bought a new car. When they detailed it, they covered it in scratches. The BlueLink (remote start) didn't work. They had my car for a week to fix it, told me it was ready, I came to pick it up, only for it not to be fixed and my interior was filthy from sitting in the shop. They've got so many things to "improve", it's ridiculous. I'm actively telling people not to buy from them, especially if it's new!
I can't believe you sold the car we said we were going to buy, to another person! At 7:30 last night, we said we would finish everything in the morning. This morning, we call and are told the car we said we would buy was SOLD to someone else! You guys completely suck! Why negotate with us if you were just going to sell it to someone else. Terrible business practice if you ask me... It's ok, we will continue to look... Just not here!
My experience was absolutely horrible. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Very unprofessional and rude. The manager Tony shows no care for anything and has the worst attitude!
Recall on my daughters car, it’s been in the shop for over a week with no definite date of a loaner or rental car getting approved!! If it’s a recall and still under warranty why is it taking so long to get her rental car approved!??
Recently bought my car, Jayson was my salesman. After a horrible experience at a different Faulkner dealership I was pretty hesitant about buying another car. Jayson went above and beyond to help find the perfect car and one that fit into budget. After I wasn’t fond of the first one I seen he had no problem taking the time to help my husband and I find different ones. We were not expecting to buy a car that day, more just looking around.
