The body shop quoted minor body repairs to my car at more than $9,600. Funny, when I took the car to another body shop in the area, my car was fully repaired for less than $4,000! Sometimes dealerships live up to their stereotypes, I guess... They should have known, even if they tried to get our car 'totaled,' we still wouldn't have purchased a new car from them!
Great turn around time, there only twenty minutes for an oil change. Service personnel are great.
I appreciate the shuttle service for scheduled visits. Recently, had a flat tire after hours, so had to have AAA drop the vehicle there for overnight. They were able to complete service next day for me. The only thing I don't understand is that - no fault of Faulkner's - Hyundai doesn't include a spare or even a donut in their cars (at least mine) - just some crappy appearingly single-use, inflate-a-flat contraption that I did not care to figure out how to use.
