RecommendedExcellent people to work with. They went above and beyond I purchased a used Landrover and had a problem with the power steering. They sent a tool back to the Wilkes Barre area to take it back to Harrisburg to change the power steering pump. Amy was extremely helpful and so was the used car manager. I would recommend them highly.
I had an oil change today at Faulkner. Amy at the service desk was awesome!!! She was extremely professional and so nice. Every company should employ an Amy. She is an asset to Faulkner. Bonnie Morris
Maintenance was done in a professional manner and was totally explained. The maintenance rep. was very nice and pleasant to talk to. my only complaint is there was no popcorn to eat. lol.
They really help me to get me a new Car i dont have Credits but they give me the opportunity to build my own Credit. Thanks you a lot.
After repeated emails and calls I am still getting emails from these people. They just won't stop. Given their lack of ability to correct this problem, I seriously doubt they are competent. Recommend people stay away!
Faulkner Hyundai has been servicing my car for 7 years. It’s always easy to get a convenient appointment. Their work is always done right and quickly. Most times I just wait on my car because I’m in and out in a short time. And they wash my car.
Leased my vehicle from them 4 years and decided to purchase the vehicle which meant I had to go back to the dealer. They helped me out and were extremely nice just as they were the second time. Will definitely deal with them in the future!
Customer service was excellent when we took our car in for the oil change and tire rotation. We were in and out quick.
