No service part took well over 30 minutes after car was finished getting inspection to get the paper work to check out will never be coming back again for service
I absolutely love my new used car- it was priced competitively, in great shape, and the sales team did well by me. my only complaint is the fact that I've gotten an email literally every day for 3 weeks regarding a review for my experience and my god do I hope that leaving this review makes that stop.

Bought my car from them last May and have been happy. I purchased a 2017 Hyundai Sonata and Jason was great. Just took it in to be service and the young lady was so sweet, fast and nice. She came out to greet me. Then made sure she was with me when I went to check out make sure all was right. I work customer service and am always watching others I can say Faulkner Hyundai is in the business of helping.
