On July 3, my husband and I purchased a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe from Faulkner Hyundai. We love our SUV, but we've had a less than stellar experience with the dealership/sales person. 1. Matt, our sales person said multiple times "I'm so busy,"" as an excuse for poor customer service throughout our exchange. 2. Horrible service when it comes to getting your car fixed here. Had to take my car back 3 times even though they gave their seal of approval on the receipt saying car is running as intended. They gave me a loaner car with expired inspection stickers also.

Faulkner Hyundai of Harrisburg is absolutely amazing. This time I was there for a service call. Dylan had set me up with the appointment. He is always very polite and courteous and always gets me in right when I need him to! When I got my car back it was running great! Thanks guys for a job well done!
They can’t fix a car but will lie and say it’s fixed. Who cares if your car stops running driving down the highway with kids inside? Not them.
The service here was amazing, and sales rep Mike is super helpful and quick to respond to any questions. They are willing to work with you to make buying a car easier. I highly recommend!

Service usually is very good but this time I was there for 10 minute appt and was there for 2 hours. Only needed inspection stickers on but could not find my I insurance days so I had to call insurance company to verify insurance took about 15 minutes so after that I still waited. They must of been short handed maybe , but everyone was very very nice
