Excellent customer service at my appointment today
The service department was a pleasure to deal with. I didn’t wait long for a convenient appointment. Once there, they finished 30 minutes early. The car was washed and also clean on the inside as well.
Purchased Santa Fe fom Faulkner. The service is good, had an issue with a leak, had to return a couple days later to have it checked, it was some residual oil spilled on frame, they cleaned it up and is okay. Possible training issue?? Normally they are very good.
My purchase from Faulkner's was a pleasant one. they made me feel great from the first contact through the signing of the loan papers! No stress at all from the sales folks! Devon was awesome to work with throughout the process! You feel like family when you buy here! I recommend them as your next choice in dealerships!

Worst customer service I've ever experienced! Kept my car for 8 days for repairs, no communication, I had to demand a loaner car after spending 2.5 hours tracking the staff down. 10/10 would not recommend
