My Sales person Minh Nguyen was amazing. From the time I walked in to the time I came to pick up my care he made me feel relaxed and comfortable through the whole process. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and explained every feature of the car I was getting. He made sure all my questions were fully answered and even said I could contact him any time if I had additional questions or concerns. I definitely recommend.

The car I wanted was at this dealership. But I wanted to use my sales guy from another dealer. Got the run around for a month. And now I’m a month into my new car and find out my trade isn’t paid off! Now I’m 10 days past due in my trade. You would think a dealership would know how to pay off a trade in. I shouldn’t have to be dealing with this a month past trade in. Also, my front brake pads and rotors on the new car need replaced, but “it passed pa code”. No help after. Never again.
just bought a used Nissan rogue from here. it was a great deal. every one of the people were extremely nice and helpful. It was a really good experience. this is my second vehicle purchased from Faulkner dealerships. I would recommend Faulkner dealerships to friends and anyone else.

I bouught a used car. I think that anyone really checked it over. The sun didn't work and later the head gasket blew. I was without my car for over 3 months. I understand that was unforeseen. Bye the time I got it back my 3 month warranty was just about over. after the warranty was expired I find out the passanger rear heater seat didn't work.
