I just had an oil change on my Santa Fe. The young lady who helped me in the Service Area was wonderful. She went over and above good service to make sure everything was completed correctly. The Service appointment was completed quickly and I was on my way.
I had a very good experience with my first purchase from Faulkner Hyundai. The sales and finance staff were second to none. I strongly recommend checking out new and used vehicles from them.
My 2001 Toyota Sequoia had a recall in 2014. When we took it to the shop to get recall done they told us the part wasn’t in. We called back for a year being told the part wasn’t in. After a year we checked on the part once again and was told the part was sent back and we could not get recall done. Now 4 years later I go to get my car inspected and it won’t pass inspection because that very part of the frame which was recalled is now rusted. Toyota now says it’s too later and there’s nothing they can do. This is poor business... read more
