As usual, I had a great experience with my 3/22/2018 maintenance appointment with Faulkner Hyundai. They were curtious, helpful and thorough in the maintenance of my vehicle. I got in right on time and the service was completed very promptly, considering that the dealership was dealing with the aftermath of the privious days snowfall. They didn't miss a beat. Nice job!
Just wanted to say a special thank you to Matt Kundick and the Service Techs at Faulkner Hyundai! These guys are Superstars! They went way above and beyond to make sure that my Wife and I would be satisfied with the service on our new Elantra. Dropped car off for service. Waited in the waiting area. 30 minutes later car was done.
Took my vehicle for the 1st oil change on Saturday without appointment and they were accommodating. Awesome service!
