Poor customer service. Their service department has been very disappointing recently. They didn't give me all the facts about repairs they were recommending and they "forgot" to reset the blue link notification - not a big deal unless your 20 miles away. I called service manager about it who said they would get back to me and they haven't.
I'll keep this short and sweet: I'm 20. I bought a brand new Hyundai for under KBB value. They beat my interest rate on my old car loan by 5%. If that doesn't tell you how much fighting they can do for you, I don't know what will. I got a great deal. My boyfriend bought a new car from them in 2013 and he highly recommends them as well. Buy new, buy Hyundai, and buy Faulkner!
Have always have great service here on my Hyundai Sonata either with general service or inspection.
My wife and I recently (1yr ago) leased a vehicle for the first time. I work for a company overseas. I was overseas when she made the contracts. The spokesman went above and beyond to provide us with the best solution. In the military we say Bravo Zulu, for a job well done, BZ's go to the whole group we completed everything from my overseas location and are very pleased.
