I have been taking my 2013 Honda Civic to Faulkner Honda and have always been satisfied with the service. Recently I had a minor accident and was told it would take eight days to repair. Jim kept me updated and it took a little longer than expected. As my insurance did not cover the rental Honda offered to help me pay for some of the rental cost. I was pleased with the repair and thankful for the help with the rental. It really helped two weeks before Christmas. Thank you.

We are new to the area and wanted to replace our car which was a Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. We ask around and had several people recommend Faulkner's. Our experience with them has proved that the recommendation was very accurate. The folks who work there give you first class treatment from the first Hello to the finished contact. They are friendly and very efficient. What I thought was going to be a long wait was over in a real short time and done to our satisfaction.
I had an unfortunate encounter with a deer about 2 weeks before thanksgiving on Nyes road. I took the car to Faulkner Hyundai body shop. I talked to Donnie and then they took care of the car for me. I got it back and it looked like the day I got it at Faulkner Subaru. I'm very happy with their service on the car, I would definitely recommend them to anyone. A real class act in auto body repair.
