The people were very professional and very courteous! I would highly recommend this facility to anyone needing collision repairs! I can't even tell there was any damage to my vehicle.����
Will never buy another car from a Faulkner dealership. Yes the car I bought was used over 10 G one would think it would last at least a year I've had it a year in May and I've already had to get a new transmission several repairs and I'm currently broke down again. In trying to find the positive about it at least they talked me into the extended warranty which did Cover the transmission replacement no wonder they talked us into it
I went to Faulkner because of bad service at another Hyundai dealer and I'm so glad I did! From the minute I walked in the door to get a new car, everything was great! My husband couldn't believe that for the first time in his life he didn't have to haggle over numbers! From the minute I decided which car I wanted, the numbers were actually lower than what we expected. This is my 4th Hyundai so I already knew I loved them, now I'm a customer for life at Faulkner!!!
Love my Hyundai Santa Fe and have had nothing but positive experiences there; from buying the car from Jayson, to having it serviced.
I have bought a few cars from Faulkner. The constant is Holly Beeman! She is the best. I had bad situation with an extended warranty (junk) some years ago and swore off Faulnker. But solely because of Holly I decided to try again. Again I had an issue with the car (on the way off the lot bringing it home).... Holly took care of the problem professionally and quickly. In my opnion she should run the place... Joe Gibbs
The body shop is really some place you do not want to take your car. It is best to go some place else.
Hard to get to the person you ask for - not available - will return your call - waste half your day waiting for a call from the body shop. The lady at the desk is the one who got the answer and called me back. No complaints with the service department on my Civic.
Excellent service and the work was done within their time estimate.
