I feel like anytime I try to have a warranty item repaired, they are completely unable/unwilling to help me. This is not a one-off issue for me either. I've purchased 3 brand new hyundai's in the last 6 years, and every time I've taken one of these vehicles in for random issues, they fail at fixing the problem. You would think a repeat customer, like myself, would be valued a bit more. Extremely disappointed with this place, and my only assumption is that they want to wait until your warranty is up to fix whatever is wrong.
My wife and I Love our 2016 Sonata Sport, And we have never had less than top quality service and dealings from Faulkner Hyundai.. And dealings with Jim Cooper, thank you, Russell and Patricia Spangler
Years ago, I had dealt with the service department with my previous Hyundai even though purchased elsewhere(Harrisburg Hyundai which no longer exists) and they were Always wonderful to deal with. When it was time for a new car, between the outstanding warranty and previous positive experiences...where I was purchasing my car was a no brainer. Pathetic desperate dealership sending telemarketing junk mail to people that have never been at their dealership, or have any interest in their cars. Then when you call them to remove yourself from the list, they hang up on you. I would never buy a car from you, in a million years, and I'll make sure to let everyone I know that!
I took my 1999 Hyundai Accent and I came in with a concern of an overfilled transmission and the service manager came out and helped me personally with my car .... Long story short they were able to help me out and drain the excess fluid FREE OF CHARGE! Not to mention I was only there for a total of 10 minutes and my car was done :D super happy with the amazing service
We recently purchased a leftover 2015 Genesis and this is our 2nd purchase at Faulkner Hyundai. They have given us trade-in values for our last two vehicles on the high end of book, were fun to work with and made our ordeal in purchasing the Genesis virtually painless. We would recommend 110%.
I have tried to email several people at Faulkner via their email addresses a question I had on the tires I brought from you when I had my car inspected there almost a month ago and its been almost 3 weeks with no response from you or your service people. This is not the first-time that I've had issues. Three times a charm. You lost a customer!!!!
Leased 2013 Elantra to 1 month before end of term. Paid extra to have ALL service included but each time car was brought in I was charged for service until I proved that I had this coverage. Dealership was to pay last payment when I leased 2016 Elantra. Also $400 end of lease penalty was waived since I leased new Elantra. Neither of these things happened although I was assured everything was resolved. 1 review 5.0 star rating 3/18/2016 I bought my second car from Faulkner Hyundai this week and not only did I get a beautiful, quality car, but they helped me with my two cars that I previously owned as well as an outstanding loan that I had from a previous purchase that went terrible.
