Outstanding Subaru Body Shop !! We had to bring our 2015 Cross trek after a rear end collision on rt 81 just north of Harrisburg PA. traveling to Florida . We are from Mass . Thank You So Much to Vinney ,He kept us very informed and a Great Faulkner Employee !!
No complaints other than I now live 65miles away and have to bring it back to Faulkner to have the oil changed to keep up the warranty...130 miles round trip...tried to have it switched to my local Hyundai dealer (Hamilton) and its not easy like you would think...also waiting on my second set of keys (been 2 years and numerous phone calls) but that has nothing to do with the service witch has been good.
Went in for and oil change top off fluids. In and out fast. Everyone is polite and helpful �
Holly Beeman was great. She is very personable. So far any issues we have had with our new vehicle she has addressed quickly. It's mostly learning the new tech features that has given us some trouble. I'm loving my new Sante Fe Sport.
Very satisfied with service. Had body work performed due to an accident which damaged the entire passenger side of vehicle. It was estimated that it would take two to three weeks for the repair. It actually took two weeks. I did have to take the vehicle in for a very minor repair that was needed which only took a few minutes. The service man as well as the receptionist were very professional.
Took Honda Pilot into body shop , back in a timely manner , car was finished exactly like they said , work was done well and the car was even cleaned up and looking good the day we picked it back up
This is my second Elantra (2006 and this on 2017) I went for my first service and I waited for it and it went smooth and fast.
Horrible experience..100.00 for a diagnoses because engine light is on and then 500 to replace..i dont think so..dont usually go to dealers and wont be going back.
